Leon Russell - This Masquerade
______________________________________________
Thoughts of leaving disappear every time I see your eyes,
No matter how hard I try
To understand the reason that we carry on this way
We're lost in this masquerade.

This is stunning and sad all at the same time.

You captured history. I like the "potion" you used.

I appreciate that view very much, Ann. I can see the sadness too
But I hope you don't think they are the twin towers. They were long gone before this photo was taken :(

I must admit I thought they were the towers. Too hasty when I looked. :(

I still love the feeling this photo evokes. Great shot.     :camera:

Hi, your picture is really amazing. You are a real genious :)
Would you tell me what kind of processing you did on the original pic ?

Thank you very much for liking it :highfive:
If I were a real genius I would be able to tell you exactly what I have done in post-production but I can't because I don't remember precisely. But I did do a lot of playing around with different tools in different photo programs. I think it started out with backing off on the saturation only to later on increase it along with contrast, sharpening, color temp and tone. You name it...whatever tool the program had I used them all until the soup I was cooking was done...or as I sometimes think...over done.

Thank you for your answer. Whatever you did, the result is amazing. It's not a soup that you cooked, it's a magic potion :)
