Roger Waters at Yankee Stadium was an awesome show. It was a joy to smell
fill the stadium.
The special effects and surround sound affects were indeed worth the price of admission.
Musically he was spot on and although G.E. Smith and Dave Kilminster did a formidable job on guitar and vocals it was obvious that neither could deliver the magic of David Gilmore's masterful guitar work which always had such presence during the Pink Floyd years.
He could so easily find just the right notes at just the right time to reach inside your chest and rip your heart out.
But all and all my hat off to Mr. Waters', Wall...New York loved you too.
